This was voted as 1 of the top 10 images of 2011 in the Christmas day issue of the Seattle Times. The shot was taken at the Dock Dogs event at the "Bite of Seattle" on July 16th. The dog is Chester, catching his bumper. Canon MkIV with a 200F/2.

From the agility ring, this photo was in the Seattle Times.

What a great way to spend a weekend........taking in all the breeds and ejoying all the competition.

My one 'dog shot' ......."Murphy" was voted Crowd favorite at the fair...........I must say, I too really like it!!

A photo of "Haystack" and the spires, as the sun retires for the day, at Cannon Beach, Oregon. This was in the Travel section of the Sunday Times. A warm night on the coast, and Mother Nature gives us her 'best light' to work with. It just doesnt get any better than this.

A shot from the previous Saturday's outting, at the leash free area on Lake Washington, made the Seattle Times........a great day for a dog and the endless supply of tennis balls.....
Check out the new "Dog Stock" pages in the gallery section of the site.

Well, as I'm reading the Seattle Times on Christmas morning, I find out to my suprise, I have made the list of the top 10 images of the year !! The great shot of the couple walking the beach as the sun is going down on the Oregon Coast- made the grade! Things like this just added to the joy of Christmas morning!!! This image is also already out in a panoramic card, as the cropping that was done to fit the image into the 'Times', cut things a little short on both ends!!
